This checklist must be completed before the manuscript submission.

• □   Formatting: Double-spaced typing in A4 size paper with 10~12-point font and preparing in an electronic file made by Microsoft (MS) Word.
• □   Sequence: Title page, Abstract and keywords, Main text, (Acknowledgments), References, Tables and Figure legends. Numbered pages & lines (from Abstract page).
• □   Title page: (1) The title of the manuscript; (2) author list (include ORCID); (3) names of each author's institutions and an indication of each author's affiliation; (4) the name, address, telephone numbers, and e-mail address of the corresponding author; (5) if necessary, state the source of any research funding; and (6) running title of fewer than 50 characters.
• □   Abstract & Keywords
  - Original article, Research method (structured—purpose, methods, results, and conclusion—within 250 words)
  - Review article, Analysis (unstructured, within 200 words)
  - Case report (unstructured, within 150 words)
  - Three to five keywords as in MeSH
• □   Main text
  - Original article/Research method (introduction, methods, results, discussion) and Analysis (≤3,000 words)
  - Review article (3,000‒5,000 words), Case report (≤1,500 words)
  - Letter to the editor, Editorial (≤1,000 words)
• □   Reference
  - Check that all references listed in the references section are cited in the text and vice versa.
  - Original article, Research method, Analysis (≤30 references)
  - Review article (≤200 references), Case report (≤10 references), Letter to the editor, Editorial (≤5 references)
• □   Table and Figure
  - All table and figure numbers found in the text.
  - Each figure as separate files, in JPEG, TIFF, GIF, EPS, or PPT format, minimum 300 DPI
  - Written permission from the copyright holder is required to reproduce any copyrighted material.
  - Case report (≤5 tables & figures), Letter to the editor (≤2 tables & figures), Editorial (≤3 tables & figures)
• □   Approval of IRB/IACUC(when reporting results on human subjects/animals)
• □   Authors should submit the Author Statement Forms signed by all authors, simultaneously with the submission of their manuscript.
